When the body hurts, different approaches can be necessary and complement each other. I view them as entirely complementary to the Vibrational Sound approach. Each discipline works with energy on different planes. I believe each person must experiment and determine what works best for them so here are a couple suggestions:
Massage Therapy is a great way of getting energy moving in the physical plane.
I highly recommend the professionals below:
Lux Comfort and Health, owned and operated by Gwendolyn Guarino, LMT
I see clients at Lux occasionally during the week and on Saturdays.
Lux is located at 207 River St, Troy, NY
Bodywork Professionals, owned and operated by Nick Pavoldi, A.SiP, LMT together with his large team of therapists across 3 locations, Saratoga, Latham and Niskayuna.
I have the ability to see clients at their Niskayuna location on Monday afternoons at 1343 Balltown Rd, Niskayuna, NY.
Craniosacral Therapy and Reiki are other great ways to work on releasing energy blockages using the body’s own energy.
I highly recommend Joan Bender, Certified Health Coach, Certified Craniosacral Therapist, Certified Reiki Practitioner and Owner of Food & Mood Coaching, LLC
Another extremely important component of our evolution as individuals is the evolution of our consciousness. The Body, Mind, Spirit connection is demonstrated every day in my client’s sessions.
I am a student of “The Invisible Garment”, a body of work coming from the Spiritual mentor Connie Kaplan that offers a profound understanding of one’s life purpose.
‘The Invisible Garment” lays out 30 spiritual principles that weave the fabric of human life and make up the metaphorical garment that we wear – one’s spiritual DNA.
I encourage you to get the book and/or go to the website to learn more, it has been the source of tremendous personal growth for me and it has completely permeated my work.
Angela Moore is a SomaEnergetics™ teacher and one of my mentors. She is also a highly skilled psychic medium whom I wholeheartedly recommend if you are looking to go beyond the visible.
Please note that I offer these recommendations as suggestions. I am not compensated in any way for directing traffic to these sites.
